What you offer your clients

I have over twenty years’ experience working as a commercial property lawyer which means that I have an excellent understanding of the property market and the pressures clients face trying to close a deal.  I work collaboratively with all parties to find timely solutions which minimise risk for my clients and help smooth the path of the deal.

Why you love what you do

I really enjoy complex contracts and am the “go-to” person at the firm for property transactions which involve options, overage and other clawback arrangements. There is little more rewarding than pressing “send” on a well-drafted contract which comprehensively reflects the intentions of all parties where there are high values and / or complex issues at stake.

Personal interests

Linda is a very keen runner.  A rare luxury is a day where a long trail run in the Downs with the family dog is followed by a yoga class and then coffee and cake.  This is her idea of heaven and she makes sure to tick at least one of those boxes every day!

  • We enjoy working with Linda.  She is personable and good at building relationships and we value her prompt and effective advice.
Graham Parsons, Managing Director, Smart Lines Limited
  • We appreciate your advice through this, occasionally tortuous, negotiation and look forward to your help in the event of completion, as or when it happens.
    Mike Jagot, Land Owner
  • We have worked with Linda on a number of complex and high value commercial transactions and found her not only to be effective and robust but also measured and collaborative in her dealings with all parties. I have no hesitation in recommending Linda to my clients and associates.
