What you offer your clients
Helen has a very friendly and approachable manner when giving time to her clients. She has the particular ability to explain complex legal issues in simple ways which clients understand and can then make informed decisions.
For the duration of the transaction Helen builds up a good working relationship with her client at a time in their lives where achieving time pressured goals is of fundamental importance. She is flexible in her approach and always willing to respond to individual specific requirements of clients.
Why you love what you do
My Uncle was an Appeal Court Judge and encouraged a career in law. I heeded his advice and haven’t looked back! For whatever reason a client has a property to buy or sell I am part of their lives for several weeks. I really try and smooth the process which inevitably has hiccups and off-side behaviour – the conveyancing chain process! It gives me great satisfaction hearing kind words from clients from their experience using me and hearing of recommendations from others.
Is there a job which combines baking, floristry and gift wrapping whilst walking over the downs? That would be my dream job. I am very creative but rarely have the time for such skills to be perfected. My switch off time is spent at a fitness class where I get my adrenalin of the day. By contrast a solitary walk over fields (without cows) is my head cleansing time preferably with a hound.
Thanks again for all your help, you made a stressful process so much easier, none of our friends can quite believe that we’ve gone from beginning our house hunt in February to all moved in by the end of May!
Thank you for the prompt and efficient way you dealt with the sale of my parents home. Much appreciated.
Thank you so much for everything you have done with the sale and the very personal service you provided.
Thank you for all your efficient work, your patience and for keeping me calm when I started to worry.
Thanks for all your very hard work in the selling and ‘multiple’ purchasing you completed for us. With your very valuable understanding we definitely made the right choice in the end and for putting up with our too-ing and fro-ing we are eternally grateful.
