Having listened to our clients about how they would like to work with us, we have created a range of subscription services and resources specifically designed to make working with us as easy and beneficial for you as possible. Our clients have told us they want predictable and transparent costs so we have developed a range of subscription services (or retainers) to deliver this. You can see some of these products below. In addition to these specific subscriptions, we have found that many clients prefer a “Design Your Own” approach, which we develop with a client to fit your specific situation and needs.
Design your own
Our most flexible approach which we can tailor around your business and its specific needs. We build a retainer service with you and for you that can cover individual area of law or a range of areas to meet all your day-to-day legal needs. Our most popular retainer covers areas of business agreements, employment law and property matters. We offer these on a monthly or annual retainer basis, with a pricing structure to suit your business.
Vantage®
Vantage® is a service for employers provided by specialist lawyers in the employment team at DMH Stallard. With Vantage®, our aim is to provide you with all the benefits of having your own in-house employment lawyer – but without having the cost of one. It means whenever you need us to help you, whatever that help or assistance may be, you can do this without having to worry about hourly rates or escalating costs because it is covered in your annual fixed fee.
Data subject access requests (DSARs)
The combination of a greater awareness of a data subjects rights, the wide range of communications channels (email, WhatsApp and Teams, for example), and the move to hybrid working means responding to DSARs is time consuming and costly for an organisation. Working together with our trusted technology partners, we can significantly reduce the number of documents requiring lawyer review, delivering time and costs savings. Pricing depends on a several factors including: the nature of the request; when the request was made; the volume of data to be reviewed; and the position regarding third parties’ personal data.
DPO consulting
We know that managing and controlling personal data, how it is used, and compliance with data protection laws, all present genuine challenges for any organisation. We help our clients overcome those challenges through our Data Protection Officer (DPO) support services. This enables your DPO, or others responsible for data protection within your organisation, to receive tailored guidance from our team on areas specifically relevant to you. This may include support and advice around: implementing appropriate policies and procedures; data protection impact assessments; data subject access requests and, should you unfortunately suffer one, data breaches; staff training; and, regular reviews of internal compliance. In short, we fulfil many of the functions of a DPO without being your DPO.
incentre™
incentre™ is our company secretarial package for our clients. With incentre, you can choose whether to opt for our subscription service including a registered office address or a SAIL address (Single Alternative Inspection Location) only, alongside key elements of our specialist company secretarial offering. Both options are available for an annual fixed price, giving you spend certainty, while helping you comply with your obligations in this area.
In-house training
Keeping your team up to date on latest developments can help protect your business and manage your external legal costs. We have designed a series of training sessions on topical issues across Employment, Commercial and Property law which we can deliver virtually, or in-person in London and the South East at your offices or ours (depending on numbers). Many of the topics are 2 hours long, other topics need longer – usually half a day. Popular topics can include flexible working, discrimination, TUPE, contract law principles, the process of acquisition and disposal of leases, restrictive covenants and dilapidations. We offer these at a fixed price and if you book more than three sessions at once, we can offer a discount.
